Points 1 | Use this to specify the number of points to add/deduct from the Points 1 field per scan or per day when the pass is auto-validated. |
Points 2 | Use this to specify the number of points to add/deduct from the Points 2 field per scan or per day when the pass is auto-validated |
Money 1 | Use this to specify the value to add to add/deduct from the Money 1 field per scan or per day when the pass is auto-validated |

Block Access To Physical Locations | Use these check boxes to block access to certain physical scanning locations and/or enter a range of scanning locations at which the pass is not valid. The scanning locations that match these check boxes/ranges are set in ScanMan module when first started each day/shift or within the GateKeeper.INI file. |
Flexible Dates Based on First Scan | Use this setting to dynamically set the valid dates of the pass based on its first use (scan) as opposed to hard-coding the start/end dates or setting the valid dates based on the sale date. |
Access Delay | Sets the minimum amount of time (in minutes) that must transpire between uses. |
Flex Time Span | Works with the Flexible Dates Based on First Scan check box to establish the end date (expiration date) of the pass based on the first scan of the pass. |
Do NOT increment the discount counter when an auto-validation is done | Used to prevent the discount counter from incrementing when passes of this type of auto-validated. This can be used to fine-tune when the discount counter increments based on how the pass is used in order to control the automated discounting of auto-sold products at certain discount levels. |
Pass will be Resort Charge Capable | Links the pass number to the credit card held in the CC field for the guest who owns the pass. This allows the pass to be swiped for payment (linking back to the credit card on-file for the guest) at any Salesware point-of-sale. |
