Family Pass Package

This Pass is customized to allow for a specific number of guests and the addition of other services and items per guest. This enhancement enables the client to offer a Family Pass item with:

• The ability to offer a Family Pass item through Salesware and E-Commerce modules

• The ability to add on supplementary items as modifiers to the pass such as bus transport, Snow tubing, ice skating, etc.

• The development of a new Dynamic Pricing Rule that places the price on the modifier rather than the main item

• The ability to restrict the number of individuals on a pass by type such as limit of two Adults per pass. This would not allow additional adult guests on a pass (At the salespoint the operator is given an error, In E-Commerce module more than two adults are not added to the sale.)

• Unlimited quantities to be placed on desired number for a pass, such as Youth and Child

• Pass items to be discounted

Example:

Guest A purchases a Family Pass item and selects, two Adults, one Youth and two Children’s items. The second child’s pass is discounted to $0.00, and then a $25.00 processing fee is applied to the discounted child pass.)

In E-Commerce module, this enhancement provides the ability to control the correct family composition and appropriate pricing model as in Salesware. An E-Commerce module purchase process that prevents the customer from selecting more than two adult passes (Adult+Adult, Adult+Senior or Senior+Senior), allows unlimited Youth or Child selections and allows the Modifier-on-Modifier selection for each pass option for the “add-ons”.
