Passes can be configured to have static quantities for multiple auto sale items (each pass sold has the same settings) or can be configured for a custom number of multiple auto sales using modifiers and Sales screen action macros at the time the pass is sold. When a pass is scanned, either the operator is prompted to enter a quantity via an Enter number of Valid [item description] dialog (see ScanMan and GateKeeper) for each DCI that is in the pass’s validation template on the SysManager > Activities > DCIs > New/Edit > Action tab > Create Pass > Action Specifics > Auto Sales tab or GateKeeper/ScanMan modules can “silently” make the auto sale without prompting the operator.
