Use

1. The Sales operator adds an item to the sale and clicks on the Other button to validate.

2. On the Validate tab, the operator can press on a new Lookup Guest button.

• A list of guest already attached to items are displayed with a lookup option to search for a different guest.

• If no guests are on the sale, Lookup is displayed by default.

• This Lookup contains the same criteria as the current Pass Discount button.

3. A Lookup on the First Name and Last Name field returns the following possible matches:

• If the second guest feature is NOT enabled, the matching list includes matches found within the first guest name fields.

• If the second guest feature IS enabled the matching list includes matches found within the First Guest and Second Guest name fields.

4. Once a guest has been selected from the list of possible matches, a list of active passes (not voided and not expired) are presented for selection to use for validation on the line item, with normal cascading validation occurring if necessary, just as if the operator had swiped, scanned or typed the number into the Validate box.
