Pass layout tutorial
Pass layouts are assigned to pass items on the Global Settings tab accessible from the Action Specifics button. The layout assigned on this tab is the layout that is used whenever passes of this type are printed.
Layouts are designed in the SysManager > Activities. There are three options:
1. Edit Layouts – Allows an existing layout to be opened and edited.
2. Create New Layouts – Used when creating a new layout from scratch.
3. Copy Layout then Edit – Allows an existing layout to be selected and creates a copy of that layout for editing (protects the original layout). The easiest way to create new Pass layouts is to use this option because it allows you to select an existing layout that already has many of the features required by the new Pass layout.
