Once you have entered the criteria for filtering the passes and/or graphic tickets and vouchers that you want to print, click the Go button at the bottom of the BatchPrint dialog. The passes and optional labels and/or Ticket 1, Ticket 2, Voucher 1 and Voucher 2 Graphic layouts are printed to the appropriate printers.

 

Note: Passes that are still in a saved state within a sale or reservation cannot be printed through BatchPrint utility because the pass record is not created until finalization. A Sales screen action macro, FORCEFINALIZE(), can trigger a forced finalization of pass products in saved sales or reservations. This allows other items in the sale or reservation to remain in a saved state, while forcing the pass items configured with this macro to be finalized.

 

Note: Expired and voided passes are filtered out and are not printed.

 

Note: Pass products must have a valid template and valid layout specified in order to print.
