As pass records are processed, a log is maintained in the BATCHLOG.DBF table located in the C:\Program Files(x86)\Siriusware\BatchPrint folder. The date/time, pass number, if the pass was processed or skipped and a text message indicating why are added to the log for each pass encountered. The log can be viewed by either clicking on the View Log button at the bottom of the BatchPrint dialog or by using Helper utility. The log can be an aid in troubleshooting – using Helper utility this log can be used to produce a report of passes that were printed or not printed and why.

 

Note: This log file is not be deleted. It can be “zapped” using Helper utility. Best to call accesso Siriusware Technical Support before any zapping!
