What prevents printing
If a pass does not print when you expect it to, it most likely did not print because it did not meet one or more of the specified filter criteria. Here is what you need to verify on the guest’s pass:
• Is the Department in the specified range?
• Is the Category in the specified range?
• Is the Item in the specified range?
• Is the sale date prior to the specified range?
• Is the sale date after the specified range?
• Is the guest record deleted?
• Is the pass voided?
• Is the pass is expired?
• Does the guest’s reservation fall within the criteria specified?
• Has either the reservation or the pass item in the reservation been finalized if printing a pass on reservation?
• Does the guest have a photo when you specified only passes with photos?
• Can the pass DCI’s template be found? (The template contains the layout to use.)
• Is a layout specified in the template?
• Can the layout files be found?
• Has the pass been printed more than the specified number of times?
