View Log | Click this button to view the log from the last batch printed. A grid is displayed with the following fields: Date_time - The date and time when the pass was sold (whether printed or skipped). Note: Date_time has an entry corresponding to when the batch finished printing for the final end-of-file entry. Pass_no - The pass number of the pass encountered (whether printed or skipped). Note: Pass_no has an entry of 0 for the final end-of-file entry. Skipped - Whether the pass was skipped or not (contains T if skipped, contains F if printed). Log_entry - A reason why the pass was skipped or if it was printed. Example: KIRSTEN MAIN - Dept Not In Range - Finding Next Pass or FRED FLINTSTONE - About To Print Pass. When the last entry has been reached, the message, “End Of File - All Passes Have Been Printed” appears in the last entry of the log grid. This does not appear if a specified range of passes was printed and the end-of-file was not reached. Note: Each successive batch’s log entries are appended to the log file. Note: If no Passes met the search criteria, there is a single end-of-file entry in the log. |
