# Passes To Select In This Batch
Enter the number of passes to print in this batch. This is useful when your pass printer holds a limited number of blank pass cards.
Pass Number of Last Pass Selected
Records the pass number of the last pass that was printed.
Note: As passes are printed, BatchPrint records the pass number so that the program can be restarted at the same place. When starting a new run, the Pass Number Of Last Pass Printed is set to 0 so the batch starts at the beginning.
Department...To...
Enter a range of Departments if you would like to print passes for a particular range of pass products in one or more Departments.
Category... To...
Enter a range of Categories if you would like to print passes for a particular range of pass products in one or more Categories.
Note: You can limit any combination to print.
 
Example:
You can select a starting and ending Category of ADULT and all passes with the Category of ADULT print, regardless of the Department associated with them.
Item... To...
Enter a range of Items if you would like to print passes for a particular range of pass products represented by one or more Items.
Note: You can limit any combination to print.
 
Example:
You can select a starting and ending Item of ADULT and all passes with the Item of ADULT prints, regardless of the Department or Category associated with them.
Sold on... Through...
Enter a date range to print passes sold only within the date range specified.
Account... Through...
Enter an account range to print passes sold on account only to accounts within this range.
Salespoint…
Through
Enter a salespoint range if you would like to print passes sold only from a particular range of salespoints.
Operator…
Through
Enter an operator range if you would like to print passes sold only by a particular range of operators.
Select Only Passes Printed __ Times Or Less
Enter a number to limit the passes printed to passes that have been printed ___ times or less.
 
Example:
You may want to print only passes that have never been printed. This would skip over any pass that was printed at the time of sale and process only those that were not. To accomplish this, set Print Only Passes Printed ___ Times or Less to 0.
Select Passes Without Photos
Check this field to print passes for guests that do not have a photo associated with their guest record in the system.
Select Passes Only For Site #
Used to limit the batch to only those passes created at the current site. Helpful when using SQL replication to share pass numbers between multiple sites.
