Guest photos may be taken by clicking the New Photo button in Sales or Photo button in SysManager. It is also possible to import a JPEG file for use as the guest photo in SysManager. A guest activity record is produced any time a guest photo is taken and a security setting may be used to restrict what operators can re-take guest photos in Sales.

Graphics are small (320 x 200) because there are so many of them. Once they are imported into SysManager, the images are directly stored in the SiriusSQL database tables, so the image file doesn’t need to be also stored somewhere.
