Guest Activity button
The Guest Activity button provides details on all sorts of actions associated with a guest. The Guest Activity functionality in Sales mimics the guest History tab information in SysManager.
To view guest activity in Sales, start by looking up a guest via the Guest Lookup button, and then click the Activity button located in the lower section on the Guest Info tab. All activity for the guest may be viewed or the type of activity can be filtered.
To get more details on each record in the activity log, double-click on the record. The changes that occurred are located at the top of the detailed dialog followed by the state of the pass (guest, booking or rental) following the change.
In order to view this activity in Sales, a preference needs to be inserted in SysManager. Go to the Preferences menu and select Remote Site Setup (WAN Validation). Create a new record with a site # that matches the site number in the Company Preferences (typically, this is 0) and enter a site description. The site description entered here is the description seen in the Activity button in Sales.
