Ticket import
 
1. If you are importing tickets, first set up the ticket_translation.dbf table. Open the ticket_translation.dbf table and enter a descriptive ticket name in the typeoftix field along with a corresponding Salesware Department, Category and Item nickname for each type of ticket to be imported.
2. Open the import_tickets.dbf table and populate it with tickets to import. Similar to importing guests and passes, the fields in this table equate to fields of the same name in the accesso Siriusware access table. Double-check the values entered in these fields (especially the start_date and expires fields), because during the import, these fields are used to create new access records.
3. Instead of department, category and item, there is a special field called typeoftix. Compare the values in this field and make sure they are exactly the same as the values entered in the typeoftix field in the ticket_translation.dbf table in step one. Make sure they match case and spelling.
4. During the import, if a ticket record cannot be imported, this is logged in the log file.
