When a new version of software is available, clients are notified by e-mail. This email provides information on updating as well as links to the updates and necessary documentation. accesso provides each client with an account on the accesso Siriusware Information Portal (https://portal.siriusware.com/informationportal). The portal provides access to the most current software versions for a client’s particular implementation. Each client is provided with a unique log-in id and password to access the portal. From the portal, clients access the downloads they need to update. Please call accesso Siriusware Technical Support with log-in and password questions.
