Introduction
Print At Home Tickets (PAH) module refers to the ability of a visitor/guest to be able to purchase a ticket item from your web site. Print At Home Tickets can then be printed, emailed or sent to a smart phone to be scanned directly from a visitor/guest phone. You can also offer visitors/guests the ability to log into their guest record online to view their Print At Home Tickets sales history and download their tickets. This outlines the installation, setup and use of Print At Home Tickets functionality as it works in conjunction with Salesware’s E-Commerce 4.4 module. You must have already set up and configured E-Commerce module, which is required for Print At Home Tickets module to be able to work. Setup and configuration of the E-Commerce module is described in E-Commerce installation guide.
Note: Print At Home Tickets module may require a separate license. Print At Home Tickets module was not automatically licensed with E-Commerce module in the past. Clients who purchased E-Commerce module prior to July 2012 need to continue to purchase a separate license to use Print At Home Tickets functionality. For those clients who purchased E-Commerce module after July 2012, the Print At Home Tickets license was included within that cost.
