To replace Print At Home Tickets item when a ticket/pass number is unknown:
1. In Sales, look up guest using the Guest Lookup button.
2. Once the guest is located click on the History button.
3. Sort the sales by the web salespoint name.

4. Locate the appropriate sale and double click on it to get into the details of the sale.
5. Click on the Access button from within the sale details. A list of access records associated with the sale are displayed. Write down these numbers. The operator may also get more details by double clicking on each access number.

6. If many different types of Print At Home Tickets items are available, it might be helpful for the operator to click on the details of each record in order to determine the items that match each access number in the sale.

7. Click the Exchange button.
8. The message, “Exchange Added To Sale.” displays.
9. Select OK
10. Close out or cancel out of the remaining dialog boxes.
11. Finalize the sale.
