Create a workbook
 
The process works best if you collect your data before beginning to enter anything into SysManager. That way you can get a comprehensive and global overview of your booking data, assemble a complete collection of all the information that you need and ensure that the system is set up with organization, rather than piecemeal.
Designate a particular notebook or spreadsheet to collect the data necessary to set up your system. You need to gather the following types of data for the initial setup of SysManager:
