You also need to ensure that the following settings are defined for operators:
• Security role required for an operator to access SysManager > Activities > Pods and click the Done button (SysManager – Menu/Activity – Edit Pod Limits setting).
• Security role required for an operator to access SysManager > Preferences > Pod Bookings (SysManager – Menu/Activity –Pod Bookings setting)
• Security role required for an operator to access SysManager > Activities > Lesson Activities > Book A Pod (SysManager – Menu/Activity/Lesson – Book A Pod).
