In SysManager, group booking setup is similar to Private Instruction module setup, with the exception of two elements: pods and pod preferences. For details on basic setup, see the document Salesware Private Instruction. A pod is a limited resource into which a certain number of bookings can be placed. Pod preferences are user-definable characteristics for pods. Also note that specific instructors are not defined for pod booking.
