Set up generic pod preferences
 
To set up generic pod preferences:
1. Go to SysManager > Preferences > Pod Bookings. The Pod Booking Preferences dialog is displayed.
2. Enter a Default E-Mail address for when pods turn yellow. Pods turn yellow when they are 80% booked or one slot remains, whichever comes first. When this state occurs, an e-mail can be sent to notify someone.
3. Enter a Default E-Mail address for when pods turn red. Pods turn red when they are 100% booked. When this state occurs, an e-mail can be sent to notify someone.
 
Note: To use the e-mail alert feature, you must install Messenger Service application. See the Salesware Messenger Service document for more information.
 
4. Within pod bookings, the participants are listed. Click Show pod participants in order booked to order the participants by the date booked. Or click Show pod participants by name to order the participants by name.
