Define pod preferences
In private booking, most preferences are predefined (female/male, levels, experience, etc.), although there are a few user-defined fields (List 1 and List 2, some check boxes and number fields) that can be used as user-defined preferences for matching guests to instructors. In pod booking, the preference process is much more flexible: all preferences are user-defined, including names, data types and the relationship between the pod attribute and the guest preference (equal to, greater than, less than, etc.).
Also, pod booking sorts on preferences, as opposed to filtering on preferences. In other words, you are not limited by the preferences chosen – all pods are displayed and the one that fits the preferences best is listed at the top when you go to book the pod.
Think about what attributes your pods have that translate into guest preferences. You can define these attributes, and then they are available to all pods to be preferred, required or not applied, as you see fit.
