Filter/sort pod attributes for schedule
The Pod list in the All Pods/One Day view can be filtered (Age and Level) and sorted by pod attributes in order to customize the order and appearance of the pods on the Pods Schedule tab.
To filter/sort by fields:
1. Access the Filter/Sort Preferences tab.
2. Click Filter/Sort list based on these selections to activate the filter/sort process, which allows the Pod list in the Pods Schedules tab in this screen to be filtered and/or sorted based on selected criteria.
3. In the Prefer dropdown menu, select a pod that appears at the top of the Pod list regardless of how well it matches the other selected sort/filter criteria.
Note: This is used in the case that someone wants to check the availability of a particular pod.
4. Enter a Level by which to sort the Pod list (only pods with this Level assigned them are listed).
5. Check Sort, don’t filter under Level if you would like the list to be sorted with the pods that match the Level, rather than filtering the list to include only those pods.
6. Enter an Age by which to filter the Pod list (only pods with this Age included in their age range are listed).
7. Check Sort, don’t filter under Age if you would like the list to be sorted with the pods that match the Age, rather than filtering the list to include only those pods.
Filter/sort by user-defined pod preferences
You can also filter or sort the Pod list based on your user-defined Pod Preferences. For each Preference that you would like to include as filter/sort criteria:
1. Select the Comparison (comparison operator) for this Pod Preference from the dropdown menu that applies to this Preference for the filter/sort process.
2. Enter the Value of the Preference by which you would like the Pod list sorted.
Note: The Type and Template fields are display-only.
3. Check the Reqd field if you would like to force this Preference. Otherwise, the Preference is only a preference and not a requirement.
4. Return to the Pod Schedule to see the Pod list filtered/sorted accordingly.
