Book many at one time product
Book many at one time products allow you to book many people into a pre-existing Pod Limit at once through Sales without specifying each guest (requires entry of a single contact). The contact becomes (or already is) a guest in the guests data table– the other people’s names can be entered during the sale or later and do not have to be guests in the system.
Additional people can be booked into the pod later, as long as the same product is sold and the line item quantity is set to the number of additional people.
To set up a book many at one time product:
1. Set up a book many at one time product as any other pod booking product.
2. Click Action Specifics, and then on the General tab, select Book Many at One Time.
3. Save the product and add it to the Item tree.
