Return a pod booking
To return a pod booking product, you simply sell a negative number (however many you want to return), and delete that many bookings from the schedule.
To return a pod booking product:
1. Select the product in the item list.
2. Change the quantity to –1.
3. Click on the Set Guest button and access the Scheduler tab.
4. Locate the relevant pod in the Scheduler and double-click on it.
5. Double-click on the person to cancel and select Cancel.
6. Click the Save button.
7. Finalize the sale.
Note: You are only able to access the Cancel button for the number of bookings that are being returned. Once you have deleted that number of bookings, subsequent bookings do not display the Cancel button.
Note: The schedule warns you, but you are able to delete any booking. There is no check regarding whether the booking is the correct one being returned.
Note: The way to use the software if you are not returning the customer’s money is to sell the negative quantity of the product and discount the line item by 100%.
