Sell a “book entire pod” product
A book entire pod product is designed to allow an entire pod limit to be created and booked in Sales with the entry of a single contact person.
Note: Age restrictions are ignored when booking an entire pod because the contact guest entered does not represent everyone in the group.
To sell and book a “book entire pod” product:
1. Select the product from the item list.
2. Change the quantity to the number of people who are in the pod.
3. Click the Set Guest button.
4. Enter the contact for this booking.
Note: The contact is a guest and is added to the guest data file once entered.
5. Click the Scheduler tab.
6. Left-click and drag and drop the booking. This creates a pod limit and places the booking within the pod.
7. The booking bar that is created includes the number of slots booked in the pod.
