Configure credit card payment types to process via Ingenico. See Configuring ProtoBase for Salesware for more information on how this is done for Charge Cards module in general.

Bank Cards can use the card type PRIV (although it doesn’t really matter).

This uses the Salesware Credit Card layout in SysManager > Preferences > Miscellaneous.
