2. ECR numbers – A unique debit ECR and a unique credit ECR is required for each “card present” salespoint, and a unique credit ECR is required for each MOTO (call center - card not present) salespoint
3. Ingenico PinSmart devices

Tender Retail .dll’s are installed with the Sales install and nothing is needed directly from Tender Retail. Contact: Mike Loftus (416) 498-1200 x22 mikel@tender-retail.com if there are any problems.
