Enables (1) or disables (0) the ability to combine all taxes on one line in the shopping cart. Set SingleTaxLine to 1 to display taxes in the cart on one line. In other words, if you use both Tax1 and Tax2, they are combined into one tax total in the cart when this key is set to 1. In order for this to display properly in the pages, modifications to cart.ascx may need to be made.
