Description:
Set to 1 if you are using validation number (PIN) with any of your DebitWare cards. Set to 0 if you want to skip checking for a PIN altogether with DebitWare cards.
Warning: if you are using validation numbers (PIN) and this is 0, DebitWare transactions that require a validation number (PIN) fails.
