The account invoice balance that displays for an In-House Cards item lookup on the DWLookup.aspx page defaults to showing as a positive number if the visitor/guest has a balance remaining and as a negative number if he owes money on the card (i.e., he is using all or part of his credit limit). This can be overridden by setting ShowDWBalAsNeg to 0, which displays balances remaining as a negative number and money owed as a positive number.
