Description:
Set warnJavascriptDisabled to 0 to display a global warning if javascript is not enabled in the user's browser. If warnJavascriptDisabled is set to 0 the message configured with JavascriptDisabledMessage displays above the header in the E-Commerce pages if javascript is not enabled in the user's browser. If warnJavascriptDisabled is set to 1 no message displays to the user.
