The item tree assigned to FileSync needs to be the same or covering the item tree assigned to the salespoint.

The FB Canyon Grizzly Court Item Tree should be the one assigned to FileSync as it includes both food and beverage locations.

 

Note: The Siriusware\FileSync\Data folder is the shared data folder. All operators that need to access this shared data need to have read/write security permissions granted (i.e., network rights).
