Sales is set up to import the Rental Self Entry files when configured with this setting and the setting MainButtonX=GSE. Clicking on the Import Self Entry button opens a list dialog displaying the date/time the file was created and the guest’s name. If the operator selects a file and clicks OK, a line item is added to the current sale with the guest attached and any rental information entered in the pages added to the Rental Info tab. The dialog remains on the screen until the operator clicks Cancel. When a file is imported into the current sale, the file extension is changed from *.se to *.sec and the file is moved into a Completed subfolder. This prevents files from being imported multiple times.
