Specifies whether or not approval codes can be manually entered when PMS server is disconnected.

There are nineteen characters allocated to the sale number and twenty-five to the salespoint description. Also, in the OutletChargeResponse Message, there is the ability to look for a final fifteen character confirmation number that is extracted.
