Looking up an In-House Card item’s balance
When trying to determine the remaining balance for an In-House Cards item while in Sales, please complete the following steps:
1. Hit Ctrl + D or go to Sales > Tools > Action and select the DebitWare button.
2. Operator then swipes the IHC card in Sales
3. This finds the guest and balance
Note: If an operator just swipes the card, it recognizes it as a form of payment. You must follow the aforementioned steps in order to see the balance before the card is used for payment.
