Receipt printers require the installation of a print driver in Windows. As in all uses of Sales, this can usually be a generic/text-only driver, but some printers may require a driver from the manufacturer. Setup and configuration of a receipt printer involves testing the ability to print from Windows.

 

Note: The kiosks available from Siriusware Inc. don't include a receipt printer.  If receipts are needed, the ticket printer can be used for that purpose and the receipt is printed on ticket stock.
