Required guest fields
You can set up Salesware module to require the entry of the same specific type of information for each product that is sold to a guest (e.g., for all products where guest information is collected, require the Zip Code field be entered before selling any guest-associated product). You can also set up each product that collects guest information to collect information specific to that product (e.g., for a particular booking product, require that the guest’s age and city be entered before selling the product).
Think about what sort of information you would like to require with the sale of each Private Instruction product. Entry into certain guest fields can be required for all guest-entry products or individually by product. For more details about how to do this, see the Salesware User Guide for Beginning Users.
