You want to collect information about when your instructors are available and be able to schedule actual time off, requested time off or other types of scheduled times. You can book all instructors’ days off, group lesson times, doctor appointments, etc. Events or time that is unrelated to selling products can be collected to set up your instructors’ time within the schedule. For each “type” of time off, make a note whether the time can be scheduled on top of or not.
