SysManager/Sales general security
To configure SysManager/Sales general security:
1. Go to SysManager > Preferences > Security.
2. From the Security Roles dialog, click New to define a new Role.
3. From the Edit a Role dialog, type in a Role Description. Use the criteria you already established to define the first such role that you wish to specify.
4. From the Groups dropdown list, select BOOKWARE.
5. From the Modules dropdown list, select the module (SysManager or Sales) for which you wish to define a role.
6. From the Categories dropdown list, you can refine the settings from which you can select to define this role.
7. Define the role by moving settings from the Unassigned settings for this role pane to the Assigned Settings pane.
8. Perform this same process for every role you wish to define.
Note: The Sales – Allow Drag Lessons/Bookings setting does not restrict dragging bookings in SysManager. An operator who is restricted from dragging bookings in Sales can drag the same bookings in SysManager.
