You can sell bookings in a single sale to more than one Guest. The Set Primary (Parent) Guest feature causes subsequent Guests to default, automatically, to the last name and information of the first Guest entered in the sale. These defaults can be overridden by entering other Guest information in the fields – the defaults are there to streamline selling to families.

 

Note: It is possible to book subsequent bookings in the sale without having to enter any Guest information into the tabs, because the tabs are automatically populated with the parent Guest’s information. The exception to this is if a Guest field that is unique to a Guest (such as birth date) is set to be a required field. Then, that required information has to be entered for each unique Guest.

 

 

Note: The Guest information defaults to that of the first Guest entered, except the First Name and Birth Date fields.
