Return a Private Instruction booking
To return a Private Instruction booking product, you simple sell a negative number (however many you want to return) and delete that many bookings off of the schedule.
To return a Private Instruction booking product:
1. Select the product in the item list.
2. Change the quantity to –1.
3. Click on the Set Guest button and access the Scheduler tab.
4. Locate the relevant booking in the schedule and double-click on it.
5. Click the Delete button and the booking bar turns grey.
6. Click the Save button.
7. Finalize the sale.
Note: You are only able to access the Delete button for the number of bookings that are being returned. Once you have deleted that number of bookings, subsequent bookings do not display the Delete button.
Note: The schedule warns you, but you are able to delete any booking. There is no check regarding whether the booking is the correct one being returned.
Note: The best way to use the software, if you are not returning the customer’s money, is to sell the negative quantity of the product and discount the line item by 100%.
