Double-click a booking or right-click a booking and select Booking Info to view the Booking Info dialog. This dialog includes information about this particular booking, including: Booking #, Sale, Instructor nickname and full name, Guest Name, Guest Age, Lesson DCI, Location description, Starts and Ends time, # Additional guests in the lesson, Price:, amount Paid and amount Due.

 

Note: If this screen does not seem complete, click the Refresh button and retry.

 

If the booking is a lesson, you can right-click on it and select Lesson Info to view information.
