Rental equipment labels may be printed by looking up the piece of inventory that needs a label and clicking the Print Label button found within the equipment record’s details (SysManager > Activities > Rental Activities > Rental Inventory > Edit). The label that is printed is based on the equipment type configured for that piece of equipment.

Rental equipment labels may also be printed for all of the equipment displayed within the rental inventory matching results grid. Click the Select All button to print labels for every piece of equipment displayed within the list (clicking the Unselect All button un-does this action), and then click the Print Labels button. Or, select only specific pieces of inventory within the matching results grid by checking the appropriate boxes on the left-hand side of the grid, and then clicking the Print Label button. If different Equipment Label layouts are used within the equipment records selected for printing, a printer selection prompt occurs when switching between the various Equipment Label layouts.
