Typically in a pay-upon-return rental process, the Rental form numbers are generated by the Salesware Rentals module (although manual entry of a Rental form number is still an option). This is accomplished by inserting the following setting in the global .INI (SysManager > Preferences > Miscellaneous > Global Salespoint .INI) or within the local Sales32c.INI file:
