The Salesware TechStation application is used for many rental functions, including equipment checkouts, exchanges, returns, storage, maintenance and marking equipment as lost, stolen or sold. The basic process includes either scanning a Rental form barcode (%RF<form number>) to attach equipment to the Rental form or scanning a piece of rental inventory (%RI<barcode or asset number>) to perform various actions such as returns, exchanges and maintenance.
