Once rental equipment has been returned, the guest needs to pay for the equipment. The Salesware Rentals module calculates rental charges based on the guest’s rental activity as defined in the rental Auto-Sale Rules associated with contract items. These charges only calculate once all equipment associated with the Rental form (contract) is returned. The guest may choose to pay for the rentals in person or the guest may opt to use the credit card on-file (entered at the time of contract) and not wait to see a cashier.
