Maintenance Schedule Report
 
The Maintenance Schedules Report can be used to determine what inventory is pulled for maintenance based on the schedules set up on either the equipment type or equipment level based on the “number of rents” or the “number of days” specification.
 
Filters include:
Number of rentals left before maintenance
Number of days left before maintenance
Equipment type
Equipment level
Rental shop
Barcode ranges
Zero Rents = Today (used when setting up maintenance based on number of days) This means that if the item has not been rented since the last date of maintenance, then count the date of the last maintenance as today – not the actual date of the last maintenance.
