Arrivals (based on Saved Sales) Report
The Arrivals (based on Saved Sales) Report can be used to determine the rentals that are scheduled for pick-up for a date into the future. This report is based on rental items included in saved sales and reservations. It provides detailed guest information so that pre-setting of equipment can be performed prior to the guests’ arrival. The Arrivals Report also filters on the Rental Shop selected at the time of the rental item sale.
Filters include:
• Date/time range
• DCI of rental item purchased
• Rental shop
• Account (helpful for group reservations)
The report may also be sorted by:
• Guest name (view rental reservations by guest last names in alphabetical order)
• Account name (view rental reservations by account – helpful for groups)
• Reservation number (helpful to group rentals together per reservation)
• Sale number (helpful to group rentals together per saved sale)
• Start date (groups reservations by start date when more than one day is included in the report)
