Multiple guests on a sale are able to be chosen via a full-screen view of all of the guests, with button-click functionality to select a specific guest via the Quick Select button on the Guest Information dialog. Previously, it was necessary to toggle through each guest one at a time.

Users can choose which guest fields display on the buttons via an .INI setting called GuestRecallFields in the Preferences section. Fields from the guests table are valid values in this setting, separated by a comma. By default, existing guests will be displayed as “Last name, First name, Birthdate”.

Example:

GuestRecallFields = first_name, last_name, guest_no

To change the color of the guest buttons within the Quick Select dialog, you must change the following settings In the [Interface] section of the .INI.
