Processing reservations made in error
 
Un-finalized reservations with deposits can be best processed using built-in automated functions for refund and forfeit. See below for more information on these functions.
Un-finalized reservations with no deposit can be removed from the system by voiding each line item from the Item Qty button. Once the last item in the sale is voided, a message pops up asking if you want to finalize the saved sale; answer OK to clear the screen.
